Warranty/Refund Policy 

Please inspect your PüGon upon arrival for shipping damage. Should you find damage, please contact us at Sales@PuGonPooperScoopers.com within 30-days to start a return. We will send instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not cover potential rust of the scoop which may occur over time where the powder coat wears. Rust does not effect scoops performance, only appearance. If you wish to keep up the appearance of your scoop we recommend touch-up with a rust proofing paint such as Rust-Oleum®, but hey … it’s a pooper scooper.
